Purchase Upgrade
Verify Ownership
- If you received your upgrade notice (via email or
otherwise), you are already in the registered database and do not have to prove ownership.
- Otherwise you may verify ownership by either fax or mail.
A copy of the box, CD or manual cover may be faxed to 413-832-0441, along with your name
and email address. Once done, you'll be cleared to order the upgrade online. If
you would rather mail in proof, send the front page of the manual, or part of the package
(box flap, box insert, etc.) to the address below.
